Park Rules

General Rules for Visitors to Lindale Holiday Park: Please read carefully and respect them for the benefit of all. Whilst we will endeavour to provide a safe and enjoyable environment it must be appreciated that the park by its nature includes prickly bushes and slopes, which may become slippery when wet.

Noise: Radios, televisions or musical instruments should not be audible from outside the caravan or tent from 11pm to 8am nor used in the open to the annoyance of other guests. Please help to keep this peaceful park pleasant for all.

Children: Parents and guardians are asked to ensure that their children behave in a considerate and responsible way. Whilst we undertake to ensure the safety of the park environment, parents or guardians retain responsibility for their children on the park.

Vehicles may only be driven on the park by a current license holder who is insured for the vehicle. Maximum speed limit at all times is 10mph over the whole park area. Only one vehicle by each holiday home. In wet weather vehicles must be parked on the allocated hard standing. Commercial vehicles are not allowed in the caravan or tent area. Motorised skateboards are not permitted on the park.

Cycling is permitted at sensible speed only and with consideration for the safety of all other persons. Parents and guardians of children are reminded of their responsibility to ensure their children respect this requirement at all times.

Ball Games must not be played in the caravan area.

Dogs are permitted on the park by prior agreement; they must be kept on a short non-retractable lead at all times. Dogs must not be left in the control of children or unattended in caravans or tents and should not be allowed to bark to the annoyance of other guests. Dog waste should be cleared immediately and placed in the waste bins. Other pets are permitted on the park only by prior agreement.

Open fires and disposable BBQs are not allowed on the park. BBQs in proprietary equipment are permitted but must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Self-Catering Reservations forms should include details of ALL persons occupying the accommodation; alterations may only be made by prior written agreement of the proprietors. The accommodation is designed for the comfort of the number of persons shown and these should not be exceeded. The accommodation is only for occupation by the persons shown on the reservation form. Accommodation is only reserved on the acceptance of the deposit and at the discretion of the proprietors. Accommodation is available from 2pm on the day of arrival; please advise us if you are arriving after 6pm.

Deposits of £50 are required to reserve self-catering accommodation and are non-refundable. The remaining balance is payable 4 weeks before arrival, if not received on time we reserve the right to re-let the accommodation.

Departure Times: Holiday homes must be left in a clean and tidy condition and vacated by 10am.

Breakages must be reported to the proprietors and these should be paid for before departure. The proprietors reserve the right to make a charge for any damage.

VAT: All prices are inclusive of VAT.
