Our Customer Charter
As members of the British Holiday and Home Parks Association (BH&HPA) we are governed by a strict code of practice in how we operate our holiday park. You can view the code of practice for selling and siting holiday caravan homes by clicking on the BH&HPA icon below. Under this code of practice you will see that you have rights that we have agreed to abide by. In addition the BH&HPA operates a complaints and binding arbitration system, however we would of course do our utmost to ensure that this should never be required.
